I'll never understand the people who thrive on drama. They rather be stirring up stuff than leading a nice peaceful life.
Something else I don't understand is people who put themselves through stuff they don't have to but do it because they feel some how like they will be satisfied in the end knowing good and well they won't.
I don't understand people who love people they know aren't right for them but they continue being with them and the rest of the people around them are in hell because they are too self-centered. They don't care about anyone else but themselves. Those same people are gonna be the ones who have to come back and say "you were right and I should have listened to you." |

So it's been quite some time since I've written here. Mostly because no one hardly reads it or comments so I thought it was pointless. I have another journal that I write in practically every day so if you want to take a look you can http://www.xanga.com/skin.asp?user=Nobodisweeter any who...A lot has been going on with school and stuff. Most of my plans for the wedding are in order except my invitations and other small details. I can't seem to find any that take my breath away. They all look blah. Then I had the fancy idea of letting my friend draw a pic of me and chris and let that be the front of the invitation but he is lazy so I told him to forget about it. SOOOO if any one knows any one who does amazing drawing that looks life-like let me know. If not I guess I'll just keep looking for someone who does. Sometimes there are people in the middle of the mall that does that kinda thing.
Other than that it's just been school work. Oh yeah I think I'm moving back to NC instead of staying here in TN bc the cost of living is higher. Blehs...I will miss the school but in marriage you have to make sacrifices so it's ok. Plus I can probably finish school faster at home at a community college. I don't need a 4 year degree to own my own pre-school. So wish me luck! |

Spring Break went by so fast and it was full of wedding details. I did get all my flower arrangements taken care of for the ceremony and reception. I picked out my cake and put a down payment on that. I talked to Sis. Craig about our pics and video. She's gonna hook us up. Now I need to find my invitations. I saw a few that I liked but haven't found the one. Oh and I also bought online the Jr. Bride and Flower Girl dresses. Here they are.

Friday I stayed with my aunt and Saturday we went to Knoxville. We went to Wedding Wonderland so I could try on Yasmine. I thought it was gorgeous from the pic online and it is a very pretty dress, but too old timey looking for me. I wanted it to be more flowy and it was kinda plain. Well, the front was at least. The back is gorgeous but any who...I decided to order the Mariella by Maggie. They had my size and they let me use a veil and tiara sp?...I wanted to cry lol I felt so beautiful hehe I can't wait until July 23rd. Everyone that passed me while I was looking at myself in the mirror stopped and was like "you look gorgeous...ect." So...I felt pretty confident this was the one. I called mom and she is ordering it from a store in downtown Fayetteville, N.C. It will get there in May. YAY! I'm glad that big decision is over with. Now I just have to focus on the other details...(cake flowers ect.) The lady who is going to do our pics and invitations is going to let me see her book when I get home. I'm excited about that!! Our invitations are going to have our pic on it so we plan to take those as soon as I get home in May. June I'll probably do my portraits because I want a pic of me in my gown at the reception. YAY FOR ME!!! lol Excited, can't you tell?
Sunday I went to choir practice at 9:30...sang in the choir and the message was great. We had a guest speaker...he talked about Elijah and the alter he poured water on and God lit it on fire to prove that he was the true and ONLY God. hehe After service I talked to Chris for a while, ate and took a nap. 4:30 I went to choir practice for the Wednesday night Music Explosion. Israel and New Breed is going to be there and we are backing them up WAHOO!!! We are going to back the Lee Singers as well.
Tomorrow I have 2 exams. (Music and History) Tuesday I have a Western Civ. exam. Thursday I have a psy. exam and FRIDAY....I GO HOME WAHOOO!!!! Spring Break HERE I COME!!! |

Hmm, let me see if I can sum everything up for you guys. Friday mom got here and we went to OCharley's to eat with my family. I saw my cousin and his wife and 2 little girls. They are so cute. Saturday we went to Cookeville to try on dresses. SO MUCH FUN! I got to try on some Maggie's. They didn't have the one I want but are ordering for me. I tried on similar dresses of Maggie's and all their dress sizes run the same. I found an optional one if I don't like the Yasmine. Sunday I sang in the choir and after that we left for Knoxville. We went to a Bridal Show...which was awesome. We got to see diff cake, invitation,ice sculpture and flower ideas. We saw dresses and sampled all the food lol. It was a trip. When we got back to Cleveland we were going to meet my Uncle at Chili's and guess who was waiting inside????? I'll give you 3 guesses and the first 2 don't count. CHRISSSSSSSSSSSSS!!! YAY! I cried lol I had been having a few down days cause I was really missing him so it was a nice treat. We chilled Sunday night and Monday he went wit h me to my music class. For lunch we went to the Bald Headed Bistro...He let me off and told me to get us a seat while he went to park. When he came in he had a dozen roses and the cutest teddy ever. I was so surprised. We shared chicken alfredo pasta. mmms...Then he paid for the meal and he went into this I love you and type thing and I was just like awww...and I LOVE YOU TOO and then he pulls a ring box out!!!!!!!!!! AND OMG!!! I almost fainted when I saw the ring. He asked me if I would marry him and I'm like YES YES YES!!! lol And I was like put the ring on lol so he did and we both just stared at it for a long time. I attempted to take a picture of it yesterday with my digi camera with the flash and without but neither time did it come out good. SOOO I found my ring on the Zales site and here it is...The picture does not do it justice. It is truly gorgeous. We went to the Athenian Grill with my mom and aunt and uncle last night. Then we rented a beautiful mind. Chris and I chilled until about 12:30 just talking about our future plans and the wedding that's coming up July 23. This morning I did not want to get up. Blehs!!! We went to my 9:10 psy. class and to chapel. He met Susie and Susie fell in love with my ring lol She was Chris you did really good!!! YAY! Then we went to Golden Corral cause I wanted their rolls. We went to the car wash and he washed my car. It rained yesterday and it got all muddy. Then we drove to Chattanooga and dropped him and my mom off. I was so sad coming home. It was soo good seeing them both and I didn't want them to leave. I'm really tired now so I'm going to take a nap. I have an English paper to write and a test to study for. Blehs...

Friday night I chilled at my aunt's house. Watched tv and movies with my aunt. Saturday slept until 12:00. Went to the movies with aunt and uncle to watch Are We There Yet hehe FUNNY...Good movie. Did some food shopping at Wal-Mart. Had chili's for dinner and did some reading and studying afterwards. I went to bed at 10 and Chris called around 1:30. I was mad when we hung up cause I couldn't go back to sleep. grr... Finally got to sleep around 4ish. Had to get up at 8 to get dressed for choir warm up at 9:30. The songs went well and Pastor Malony spoke on Prayer and Praise. It was an awesome move of God. He was really anointed this morning. Ate at Outback after church. Went to may aunt's again and slept until 5:00. She woke me up to eat chicken nuggets, taters and green beans. mmms...Went to chapel at 6:00. EVS tore it up and the spirit of God fell like whoa...Awesome!!! Got a frosty at wendy's. Jason called me and we talked for about 45 mins. Talked to Chris for about 30. He starts his new job tomorrow. Yay for him but poor him at the same time. He works from 7-3 at 71st and 4 to close at Texas Roadhouse. He'll be worn out that's for sure just about every night until June. But I'll be home the first weekend of May so at least I'll be able to see him. Then in July wedding bells will be ringing YAY!!!
I can't wait until Friday...my peeps are coming...wahoo...I know I've already said that a million times but I'm excited. I can't wait. |

I miss everyone back home. Especially Chris. I can't wait for the 18th. My girlies are coming and my mom. (maybe christopher) I'm ready to wild out with them.hehe Counting down the days...It can't get here fast enough.
I have 2 tests tomorrow. (Western Civilization and Psychology) So that means study study study and more study. Blehs...My English paper is due today. I didn't revise it or anything lol So I hope she likes my first draft haha
I need to work on my community service hours. I think I'ma help out at the Boys and Girls Club like I did last semester. It was fun!
I watched the movie honey last night. There wasn't much acting skills in it but the dancing is hott!!! It had a good meaning too. If you like hip hop dancing you should give it a shot.

I was so tired yesterday Blehs...I went to Psychology and then to chapel with Susie. I went to my OT at 11:45 but left as soon as I took my quiz. I went to my room to catch some ZZZzzzz's hehe I got some lunch from the SU and checked my mail. Mom sent me my medicine for my sinus' and a book that I ordered called Breaking Unhealthy Soul-Ties...I can't wait to read it. I'm reading another book right now so it'll have to wait. Went to my aunt's around 5:15 to do some laundry. She made me dinner...pork chops,mash taters and green beans mmms!!! I took a shower there and watched tv until about 10 when my laundry was done. Went back to my room to study for my Music Exam today...Talked to mom about getting the place on Ft. Bragg. She is going to secure it today but is going to wait for me to decide what food and color table cloths I want. They do all that for you and serve you...Good deal!! Talked to Jennifer for a while which was good. Got some things out in the open and made some things clear. Chris called me and he saw at Lee that they are needing RD's for the guys. Lord knows we need to save as much money as we can so he applied and we're waiting to see what happens. hehe Things would be so much less stressful if God saw fit for him to be an RD and us both be living one campus while finishing school. Of course he would be getting his masters.
Took my music exam and I think I did rather well. Wasn't that hard. I am going to take a nap before my 2:00 class and then I leave at 4:30 for home. So excited about trying on my dress and getting a few other things in order. |

Well, Josie didn't show up to music class again so I was left to chill with Jonathan. He makes me laugh with his corny laugh. I went to lunch with Jay,Alex, Susie and Bill. They had turkey/gravy and taters. It was pretty good. Afterwards I went and layed down for a while until my 2:00 English class. We have a paper to do blehs...Our first draft is due Wednesday. This week is gonna be busy. I'm supposed to meet Josie tomorrow to study for our music test on Friday. From the study guide that he handed out it seems like it's going to be fairly easy. YAY for that!!
All I can say is the Lord answers prayers. Chris was waiting on a table and the lady at the table gave him a teacher's discount card. He politely asked the lady what school she taught for. She said 71st High School. Chris attended there for 3 years of high school before he switched to Jack Britt for his senior year. Any who...Chris proceeded to ask her if she knew anything about a lateral entry. She said those aren't super hard but some schools are shady about them. She said are you looking for a job? He said yes...I just graduated with a B.S. in Psychology. She said I can offer you a job as a teacher's aide for autistic kids sp? and special needs kids. Of course he said that's awesome. He got all the info. and is going to fill out his paper work tomorrow. I'm so excited. God is soo good...AND on top of that. I asked my aunt to talk to my cousin's wifes' folks about getting my e job on campus and I have an interview with Phil Barber tomorrow.(my cousin's father-in-law) He said if I needed anything at all to feel free to go by his office. I know that the Lord opens and closes doors I just pray this one is open for me. I'm going to start looking for apartments tomorrow or Wednesday. Not this weekend but next my aunt is going to take me out and show me some as well. I'm going to put my name on the waiting list for the apartments where Susie is. I figure it can't hurt to have my name on file incase something opens up. So no dorms for me next semester. YAY!! "God, my life is in your hands."

Well let's see...I've done a whole lot of nothing this weekend. I was supposed to stay at my aunt's but evidently she left the main door unlocked but forgot about the glass door. Oh well...I did some homework and watched a lot of movies. I bought JUST MARRIED...That movie is halarious...I saw it twice in the movies and Chris and I rented it 3 times after that lol...I was planning to go to church today but I slept in. My sinus' are bothering me..I'm out of my medication for them..blehs! I changed my room around a little bit and put some pics on the outside of my door...I'm going to wait until my mom michelle and yari come to do the rest. They can help me with some ideas. Chris is coming for 5 days in Feb. and will be here Valentines day. I'm so excited YAY!!! My girls are coming the following weekend.
In other news....Chris and I were looking at May 2006 for our wedding...But it could be sooner. He's moving to TN next semester if all goes as planned and if he does we'll get married the end of the summer. He has 2 job interviews that he's looking at and I'm praying that God shows him favor. Mom and I have been bouncing ideas off each other about decorations and such. I am going home this coming weekend and Saturday I'm going to try on this dress....I'm so excited...During spring break and easter break I will be checking out this place called Gates Four where all the rich people live as a place to hold the reception. It's beautiful there...I also found a dress for the bridesmaids...I'm going with platinum lol PIMPS and PIMPTRESSES for the evening...haha
If we do get married the end of the summer I have a lot to get done before now and then. I do have people already lined up to do whatever I need...cake, pictures and decorating it's just picking what I want. I want it to be elegant and sentimental....elaborate but not over board. I'm just trusting God that everything will fall into place. ALL IS WELL!!!
